SUMMARY Administer all aspects of support for the Senior Director/IT & Cyber Security. Assign, direct, and oversee the tasks and projects of the executive office support personnel. Ensure the successful implementation of corporate and project goals including compliance with company standards, project methodology, and contractual requirements. Develop and administer the tracking, reporting, and analysis of information technology projects to improve business processes. This position is considered a Subject Matter Expert, which requires proficient technical knowledge in the relevant functional area. This position is hybrid in Manassas, Virginia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assisting project teams in developing cost estimates, determining priorities, and establishing schedules using project management methodology. Develop, monitor, and reconcile corporate operating and capital budgets for the IT & Cyber Security project management office. Formulate technical and financial data for the PMO in IT strategy and project planning objectives, system scope, cost data, and lessons learned. As a member of the IT Quality and selection teams, align technical and monetary requirements with the corporate environment. Provide contractual and financial oversight of the TRC professional services contract including key performance indicators, contractual adherence and overall business effectiveness Perform the duties of the Project & Contract Manager during their absence or incapacity, when specifically designated. Provides professional-level expertise and support to the executive leadership team and is expected to provide an environment of ethical and professional conduct. WHAT WE OFFER

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE An Bachelors degree in Business/Finance or a related business/IT field from an accredited institution is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Seven years of related experience in accounting, IT and project management. Advanced Excel skills. Certification in Project Management principles is preferred. Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstrated ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team. Demonstrated knowledge of all company policies and procedures as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Demonstrated knowledge of contract and project management and research techniques. Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and mathematical skills. Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain the integrity of sensitive material and confidential business data. Ability to apply the analytical methodology to problem-solving and decision making and related technical concepts to practical applications. Demonstrated intermediate level of proficiency with computer operation; Microsoft Office and PM software and NISC applications. |
