The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the clinic by working with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies.
Full responsibility for health center operations, clinical and financial performance outcomes, budget oversight and financial sustainability, asset protection, and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Requires advanced knowledge of health center operations including health center finance, administration and governance, grant management, all aspects of clinical operations including ensuring access to affordable quality patient centered primary health care. Sets the vision and direction for the health center in collaboration with the health center’s Board of Directors. Ensures compliance with BCHC policies and procedures.
