Administrative Coordinator of Experiential Learning - School of Business POSITION DETAILS The Administrative Coordinator of Experiential Learning will manage administrative functions related to applied learning, helping identify students and their profiles for internships and employment, building and maintaining databases of qualified students, and tracking and reporting on students' engagement with co-curricular activities. The Administrative Coordinator will also serve as the Suitable Platform Administrator, overseeing and optimizing the use of Suitable???s student engagement software to enhance program effectiveness. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and data management skills. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Experiential Learning and work closely with the Dean of School of Business. Key Responsibilities ??? Provide administrative functions, including scheduling appointments and organizing and coordinating events. ??? Facilitate effective communication between students, faculty, staff, and external partners. ??? Assist with research to identify and contact employers for internship opportunities. ??? Conduct database searches to identify students, promote, and reach out to them for internship, employment, and co-curricular opportunities. ??? Track and monitor student participation in internships, co-curricular activities, and post-graduate employment. ??? Collect student engagement and success data and prepare and maintain records and reports that showcase student engagement trends, success stories, and internship/employment outcomes. ??? Generate reports and summaries on student activities, internships, and employment placement success, highlighting key performance indicators. ??? Assist with annual or quarterly reports on program effectiveness for internal and external stakeholders. ??? Oversee and monitor student interns??? timesheets. ??? Perform related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required. Up to 4 year of administrative experience in an academic department is preferred. Required Skills: ??? Strong data management and technical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data metrics. ??? Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills. ??? Familiarity with CUNY software like CUNYFirst, Navigate, Degree Works. CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW Supports projects, initiatives, and activities that impact an academic or administrative department.
