Job OverviewThe School of Education is seeking part-time/limited project adjunct instructors to serve as a field supervisor to join the team in CECH Special Education. CECH serves as a model of and resource for diversity that actively supports, empowers, prepares, respects, and celebrates all students, staff, faculty, and community members by advancing, sustaining, and promoting diversity and inclusion in our personal reflections, intellectual pursuits, and professional development. The position requires the capacity to communicate program expectations and reporting requirements to student teachers and site mentors.
On a part time limited basis, the Adjunct Faculty member?s primary academic functions include supervision, observation, and evaluation of teacher candidates at school partner sites. Email communication and grading of assignments may also be involved. The faculty member would be responsible for creating and reporting knowledge to a diverse set of students. In order to be successful with reporting this knowledge, demonstrated experience with diversity such as Black, Indigenous, Latinx, People of Color (BILPOC), Veterans, first-generation, students experiencing low-income, Disabilities, LGBTQIA+, etc. Essential Functions
