LEO is looking for a proactive, self-starter who desires to be part of solving one of the most critical issues our nation faces today - poverty. The Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships will be part of LEO's leadership team and will lead our partnership work within that team. The Associate Director for Strategic Partnerships (ADSP) will play a key role in advancing LEO's research initiatives by driving and expanding a robust pipeline of research projects. In collaboration with the project development team, the ADSP will ensure a continuous flow of high-quality research opportunities with social service providers, propelling LEO's growth and impact over the next decade. This leadership position will also oversee the development of key partnerships, both with non-profits and with funding organizations, to support LEO's ambitious project and operational objectives. The ADSP is responsible for achieving financial targets critical to sustaining and expanding LEO's research portfolio. They will lead the grant-submission and development processes in collaboration with the College, Notre Dame Research, and the Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Additionally, the ADSP will lead, manage, and hold accountable a high-performing team, fostering an environment of excellence, accountability, and commitment to LEO's mission. This role requires building strong, mission-aligned relationships with strategic partners to drive LEO's long-term goals and ensure impactful outcomes in research and development.
