This posting may be used to fill multiple vacancies. Job Description Perform advanced HR transactional work including problem identification and resolution for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system.  Provide technical HR support to campus HR staff in support of supervisors and employees in the areas of HR transaction entry, analysis and reconciliation, leave entry and reporting. Provide customer service and support to Campus HR offices on transactional work related to compensation and benefits. Respond to routine questions in areas such as salary information, benefits eligibility, technology use, contract provisions, etc. ensuring that questions are answered accurately or escalated appropriately.
