Job Summary:

• This role will be responsible for assisting on all aspects of travel arrangements and the subsequent reimbursement process for faculty, staff, and visiting professionals for the CoSW. This position will complete purchase requests, travel arrangements, and complete all Concur travel reports for administrators at the college, including the Dean, Associate and Assistant Deans, and Program Directors. Coordination of group travel arrangements as needed; including communication on how to submit a purchase request for each event and instructions for CoSW employees on how to make travel arrangements.

• Prepare and record meeting minutes for the business office, create timelines and tracking for business office deadlines. Under the direction of Business Office leadership, responsible for processing various forms; including procard applications, disbursements, independent contractor payments, and cost/fund center requests. Management of internal college account records, monitoring business office email inbox for action items and organizing SharePoint files. This position will also be responsible for uploading reports to Smartsheet for account reconciliations.

• Processing of incentive payments and mailings as needed. Set-up of file-sharing systems for each project, tracking spending and balances on declining cards, and communicating payment schedules all while adhering to UK Business Procedures.
