About the Role:
â¢Â   Responsible for tracking, gathering, processing, analyzing, and updating the relevant Philippine real estate market data and property information consisting of C&W property databases;Â
â¢Â   Participate in the preparation and distribution C&Wâ™s regular Philippine property market studies, briefings, publications, presentations, press releases, commentaries and analyses, among others;Â
â¢Â   Participate in the preparation of commissioned market research, consulting & advisory reports and related technical/financial proposals of projects of interests and within the scope of services offered by C&W and to the needs of its clients;
â¢Â   Assist and be able to lend support to business development initiatives and actions of RCAS in the Philippines, as well as provide support to the various requirements of C&W global and regional offices; of RCAS;
â¢Â   Assimilate property market-related information to prepare and present market presentations that will be used for presenting to prospective and existing clients, as well as to internal stakeholders as may be requested;Â
â¢Â   Provide assistance in interpreting data and writing relevant quarterly market reports, related (draft) press releases, as well as the various thought-leading publications, whitepapers and special reports of C&W;Â
â¢Â   Provide assistance in other areas and perform other tasks that the management may assign to carry out the main responsibilities of the RCAS department of C&W Philippines.Â
About You:
â¢Â   Demonstrates an understanding of the Philippine property market, or at least able to learn quickly.Â
â¢Â   Familiarity with business and technical writing, particularly for formal/academic research reports and supported by above-average written and spoken communication (English, professional) skills; confidence in public speaking, an advantage.Â
â¢Â   Knowledge in drafting and presenting effective presentation/slides to the management and clients; above-average knowledge in design program software (such as Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw, PowerBI or AutoCAD) , an advantageÂ
â¢Â   Can work independently and produce required deliverables under strict timeline and deadlinesÂ
â¢Â   Highly proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Â
â¢Â   Knowledge in using statistical tools (such as SPSS, Stata, Gretl, EViews, R or Minitab) would be an advantage.Â
â¢Â   Passionate for accuracy, responsible and possesses pro-active mindsetÂ
â¢Â   Confident in his or her numeracy skillsÂ
â¢Â   Ability to perform well under pressure, managing competing agendasÂ
â¢Â   Ability to build and develop strong effective relationshipsÂ

â¢Â   Bachelorâ™s degree required - background in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math, Accountancy or equivalent - completion of post graduate studies, an advantageÂ
â¢Â   New graduates (with exceptional demonstration of the required skills), but minimum of 1 year experience in the real estate industry and other related fields (such as finance, investment brokerage and management, preferred.Â
â¢Â   Must be able to engage others effectively in a matrix organization environment â“ up, down, laterally, and throughÂ
â¢Â   Strong relationship management and interpersonal skillsÂ
â¢Â   Critical and analytical thinking skills are key to successÂ
â¢Â   Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situationsÂ
