Job Summary Join the Physics Department as a Swampland Administrative Assistant, where you?ll play a vital role in supporting our innovative Swampland Initiative. As a key member of our administrative team, the Swampland Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing a diverse range of functions, including coordinating a robust visitors program, organizing numerous high-profile events, and providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to a vibrant research group. Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting. There is an expectation that the employee be able to work in person in Cambridge, MA 5 days per week from mid-August through mid-May. This position offers summer flexibility of up to 2-days a week for remote work, depending on the needs of the program. In addition, between the fall and spring semesters, there is flexibility for up to 2-days a week for remote work, depending on the needs of the program.
