 Clinical Research Coordinator / Sr Clinical Research Coordinator (CLIN RSCH CRD / CLIN RSCH CRD SR N Job Summary The Clinical Research Coordinator is a health professional having working knowledge of clinical research activities, communication skills and a willingness to cooperate as a team member. Required is the use of skills to independently or with general direction coordinate and follow through in the overall administration and outcome of clinical studies. The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator is a health professional having an advanced-level working knowledge of data management activities, excellent communication skills and a willingness to cooperate as a team member. The position requires certification by the Society of Clinical Research Associates or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Also required is the use of advanced-level knowledge and skills to independently coordinate, direct and follow through in the overall administration and outcome of one or more clinical studies. Department Overview The Office of Clinical Research (OCR) is a component of the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center (UCDCCC). The mission of the OCR is to facilitate and coordinate cancer clinical research for Cancer Center investigators, provide investigator support, serve as centralized resource for all aspects of oncology clinical trials, and adhere to clinical research compliance and regulations.
