Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania The Program Coordinator for Strategic Support is a member of the Strategic Support Team that provides administrative assistance to faculty, assigned research center(s) and its personnel, and special projects as needed. This role supports the AI-enabled Systems: Safety, Explainability and Trustworthiness (ASSET) Center: its Director, Principal Investigators and their research teams, and manages the center's operational needs as a floor captain at Amy Gutman Hall. Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling ASSET meetings, visits, symposia, and events; preparing documents and materials; managing communications such as maintaining websites and marketing content; arranging travel and processing expense reimbursements for invited guests participating in Center events; overseeing office space and room reservations; handling facilities service requests; managing supplies and deliveries; and serving as a general resource for faculty, students, and visitors. Coordinators designated as floor captains are required to be on-site 5 days per week. Department / School School of Engineering and Applied Science Pay Range $24.13 - $30.00 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
