Located at the UT Dallas Callier Center in Richardson, The Medical Scheduler position requires expertise in all aspects of medical insurance guidelines and patient appointment scheduling. The position completes the appointment process and related tasks for new and established patients. This position provides the first point of contact with the patient and must demonstrate a friendly demeanor and excellent patient relations. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year but less than 3 years of experience in high volume medical scheduling; at least 1 year but less than 3 years of medical office experience; knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance guidelines.
