Small 50-60 close knit staff, 9000-member specialty association. Average staff tenure is 11 years. Great benefits & working environment. Office open with most staff currently working 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week working remotely. This is not a fully remote position. Must be able to reliable commute to the office 3 days per week. The American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons is looking for an Advanced Education and Resident Affairs Associate. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail-oriented with experience in meeting management. This role requires a candidate who can seamlessly manage multiple projects and is able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. AAOMS JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: Advanced Education and Resident Affairs Associate STATUS: Exempt REPORTS TO: Advanced Education and Resident Affairs Director OVERVIEW: The Advanced Education and Resident Affairs Associate reports to the Director of Advanced Education & Resident Affairs and is responsible for supporting the director in operational and administrative activities related to the development, implementation, and conduct of advanced education and resident affairs activities and programs. The Advanced Education and Resident Affairs Staff Associate works with other AAOMS employees to facilitate delivery of projects according to the priorities established by the members. The Associate must embrace the six core values that have been developed for staff members and promote these values whenever interacting with other staff to enhance project coordination and delivery.
