You would be joining a team in our Gillette location whose purpose is to provide an exceptional team experience in the use of technology across the cooperative with specific focus on deploying, maintaining, supporting, and securing devices, software, and conferencing environments.

Skills and abilities that are required to perform this position successfully:

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service mindset
• Proficient in router, firewall, and wireless access point configurations
• Proficient in routing protocols, cabling, and network monitoring
• Proficient in network security configurations and log analysis

Skills and abilities in these areas are highly preferred to make an impact quickly:

• Previous experience with Fortinet, SonicWall, Mikrotik, or Ruckus equipment
• Previous VoIP, Microwave Radio, and Mobile Radio experience
• Network certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
