Additional Information About the Role Full-Time Float Reg Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) to Float between locations.
As a Float - Medical Assistant, you will be a Full-Time BJC employee who Travels to provide coverage to multiple BJC MedGroup sites/locations in the preferred region of St. Charles County, O'Fallon (Hwy K & Progress West), Lake STL, St. Peters
Float MA’s are responsible for covering shifts of employees on PTO, Leave, vacation, sick, etc.
Flexibility and adaptability are needed as the Float MA will NOT have a home location. Float MA’s will be called every morning between 6:30am-7:30am to be informed on their assigned work location for the day.
