Job SummaryReporting to the Senior Director of Student Health and Wellness, the Assistant Director of Disability and Accessibility Support Services (DASS) oversees all resource service delivery and outreach efforts for students with disabilities at UM-Flint. This role involves promoting and implementing best practices in accessibility, determining reasonable accommodations, and assessing service effectiveness. Additionally, the Assistant Director of DASS manages designated staff and collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and administration to enhance campus accessibility, foster diversity, and support disability inclusion.
