![]() Human Resources Payroll Assistant (Staff Assistant) Human Resources Payroll Assistant (Staff Assistant) Non-Unit Professional position, 37.5 hours/week Campus Location: Danvers Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 am - 4:30 pm SALARY: Anticipated salary range $55,589.04 - $60,000.00. Actual salary is commensurate with experience and education. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Payroll Director, this position will have primary responsibility for assisting with the 03 part-time payroll; through the state's Human Resource Compensation Management System (HR/CMS). The Payroll Assistant is also responsible for verifying data entered through employee self-service time and attendance (SSTA) system for compliance with federal and state laws, maintaining payroll records and responding to employee payroll inquiries ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
