The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Support Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) configuration, including system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure Workday HCM system aligns with business needs and requirements. Develop and maintain configuration documentation and user guides for Workday HCM. Assist in the testing and deployment of Workday HCM updates and enhancements.
