Posted Job Title Assistant Director of Equipment Operations Job Profile Title Manager, Athletic Equipment Job Description Summary Under the direction of the Director of Equipment this position is responsible for the organization, and supervision of select NCAA Division I sports. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, as well as National Operating Committee on Standard Athletic Equipment (NOCSAE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: oversight of select equipment room operations including purchasing, fitting, inventory / auditing, supervision of temp and work-study staffing, laundry / maintenance and staffing for one equipment facility; development and maintenance of positive relationships with coaches, student-athletes, and equipment apparel vendors in the selection and fitting of equipment, to include the review and adherence to equipment and apparel agreements. Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Division of Recreation & Intercollegiate Athletics Pay Range $43,888.00 - $52,650.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
