Holton-Arms seeks experienced Upper Elementary Teachers who excel in fostering strong relationships with students and communicating effectively with parents. Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development, coupled with the ability to create engaging, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects.

Responsibilities
As a full-time Lower School teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons.
• Embed Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles into your curriculum.
• Collaborate with department and division colleagues, administrators, and parents.
• Serve as an advisor/homeroom teacher, mentor, and role model, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students’ well-being.
• Participate in the school’s global education and diversity initiatives.
• Fulfill assigned duties as required.
