Detailed Description: The Division of Student Affairs is committed to grounding our policies, programs, and procedures in anti-racist practice. We expect all members of the Division of Student Affairs are willing to engage in this work alongside us to uphold our Catholic mission in creating a welcoming environment where the dignity of all students, staff, administrators, and faculty at USD is embraced Serves as the primary point of contact for students, parents and USD personnel in regards to Residential Life inquiries in person, via the Residential Life main phone line, and via the housing email address. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the management of the Residential Life Office, Mata'Yuum Crossroads desk area and regular staffing for the Manchester Village and Alcala Vistas front desks, and the occasional special event staffing of the Maher and Camino/Founders desks. The duties of this position include the oversight of the daily maintenance of Crossroads desk operations and the supervision of approximately 14-20 student workers for Mata'yuum Crossroads, Manchester Village, the Alcala Vistas, Maher and Camino/Founders. This position provides administrative assistance for major residential life projects, such as room selection, room changes, housing billing, and summer housing. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform duties to support the efficient management of Crossroads and the Residential Life Office:
Supervises student workers for Crossroads, Manchester Village, Maher and Camino/Founders:
Oversee Front desk operations:
Assist the Director and Assistant Director of Residential Administration with the returning and new student sign-up and room assignment process and assist with summer/intersession processes and semester transitions:
