![]() Maintenance Plumbing Supervisor Job ID: Location: Main Campus - UCR Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Category: Campus Operations and Facilities Salary: $81,500 - $150,100 Full/Part Time: Full-time(100%) Organization: Facilities Planning Design & Const Department: Joseph Dyer Application Deadline: Open Until Filled Position Information: Reporting to the Facilities Services Assistant Director of Maintenance, the Plumbing Supervisor oversees the plumbing services to the campus and directs a staff of plumbers. This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing (water and draining) systems, backflow prevention devices, hot water storage tanks, water heaters, fixtures (sinks, urinals, commodes, fountains, etc.), valves, pipe fittings, pipes, compressors, pumps, and purification equipment (reverse osmosis systems and filtration). UC Riverside's Facilities Services is recruiting a Plumbing Supervisor. The full salary range for the Plumbing Supervisor is $81,500 - $150,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are not sponsoring or taking over sponsorship of employment visas for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
