Posted Job Title Senior Associate Director, Operations Job Profile Title Information Technology Project Leader Job Description Summary Within Penn Admissions, the Senior Associate Director of Operations reports to the Director of Operations and oversees the day-to-day development and maintenance of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions' information management systems. A core responsibility of this position involves thoughtful management of data integrations between Technolutions Slate (CRM) and various external data integration sources. Embodying strategic boldness, this position serves as a key connector and subject matter expert for ongoing projects within the office towards optimization of marketing, recruitment, evaluation, and yield initiatives using Technolutions Slate (CRM) and other management systems, including a focus on projects and initiatives aimed at prospective applicants and their supporters. Providing collective care, this position provides guidance, escalation support, and supervision across multiple staff members on the Applicant Care Team who are responsible for application data updates, document processing, data entry, and application processing support. Dedicated to continuous improvement, this position assists with annual admissions cycle preparation including review of application process updates, changes, data, document retention, and communication to Admissions colleagues. Delivering meaningful clarity, this position provides training and technical support regarding Technolutions Slate (CRM) for users within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and cross-campus partners, while also developing and maintaining clear documentation across Slate usage and any work within the Applicant Care team. Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Provost's Center Pay Range $51,824.00 - $110,000.00 Annual Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
