![]() Academic Scheduling Analyst Job ID: Location: Main Campus - UCR Schedule: 8AM - 5PM Category: Campus Administration and Operations Salary: $56,000 - $96,400 Full/Part Time: Full-time(100%) Organization: Enrollment Services Department: Bracken Dailey Application Deadline: Open Until Filled Position Information: ** Please be advised that applicants must submit a cover letter and resume for full consideration. ** Under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar, oversees all aspects of classroom scheduling for academic classes. Analyzes and evaluates all classroom requests ensuring that the campus meets the UC system wide classroom utilization requirements. Independently determines what consideration for special requirements and preferences should be taken into account in the classroom assignment process. Assists with managing and enforcing classroom scheduling guidelines. Assists with learning community development and coordination. Major duties include creating and overseeing course listings for the quarterly schedule of classes; ensuring accuracy of data through auditing; assigning general assignment classrooms; and assisting with development of databases, programs and reports. Negotiate conflicts and other issues relating to time, space, and resources with faculty, department chairs, administrative staff, and academic deans. Interacts with and provides to students, faculty and all other levels of the University community interpretation of academic scheduling policies, ensuring that office policies, procedures and standards adhere to University, state and federal regulations. The salary range for this position is $26.82 - $46.17. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $26.82 - $29.24 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time.
