This administrative support position is responsible for processing all private alternative student loans following federal and state statutes and regulations. Administers and processes all state loans including MEFA loans, and Massachusetts No-Interest Loans. Responsible for processing State Grant eligibility rosters. Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Student Financial Assistance office, including activities related to but not limited to the financial aid application and verification processes, exit and entrance counseling/interviews as required by federal and state statutes/regulations. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Vacation may not be taken during peak periods, including registrations. Must not have been and must not currently be under debarment or suspension and not under investigation for any activity that could be a cause for debarment or suspension by any federal agency.
