The Wharton School's central IT organization, Wharton Computing and Instructional Technology, works closely with the school's Faculty and Staff, as well as other university organizations in order to create, deliver and support products and services that will help Wharton advance its core mission successfully. Wharton Computing personnel strive to be collaborative, professional, and customer focused so that we can be the best partners possible for our customers. Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Architect to work in this deeply collaborative team environment designing, implementing, and managing robust and sustainable IT systems and services that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT project management, service management, systems administration, and endpoint management, coupled with hands-on experience in tools such as ServiceNow, Halo, or FreshDesk, and endpoint management platforms like Microsoft Intune, BigFix, or JAMF. Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and familiarity with ITIL practices are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities will include: IT Project Management:

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience are required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential:
