Assistant Accounting Manager

Job Purpose: Join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in shaping Largay Travel's financial future! You will be a supportive leader working directly with the Director of Finance and the rest of the Finance team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make an Impact: Process payments, ACH and wire transfers that keep our business moving forward!
• Be a Travel Advisor Liaison: Build relationships with Travel Advisors and become a trusted resource.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle Zendesk tickets and find creative solutions to support our team.
• Global Teamwork: Collaborate with and help supervise our International Team in the Philippines and broaden your horizons.
• Financial Guru: Dive into reconciliations and generate reports that drive our business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with accounting software.
• Experience using Excel or similar software and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative experience using Word or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced Administrator: Your organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued!
• Travel Industry Enthusiast: Experience with airline reservations, travel industry systems (TRES, Sabre) and data reporting tools is a plus!
• Some college is preferred.
