At a Glance: Job Title: Associate Director of Development Location: Friends School of Baltimore - Baltimore, MD 21210 Reports To: Director of Development Position Type: Full Time Exempt Pay range $95,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience Friends School is a Quaker, co-educational, college preparatory school, Pre-K through Grade 12, in Baltimore City, enrolling 803 students, 44% of whom identify as children of color. Position Overview: The Associate Director of Development reports to and collaborates with the Director of Development to manage and implement the operating program and budget of the fundraising and constituent relations department to advance the mission of Friends School of Baltimore. The Associate Director provides innovative leadership, managerial oversight, and strategic direction to the Office of Development through project coordination, staff supervision and performance management, strategic planning and implementation, and budget management, upholding and ensuring department-wide collaboration.
This position is a salaried, exempt, full-time, regular 12-month position. Days of work are Monday through Friday and the core hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional local and out-of-area and overnight travel is expected. Evening and weekend work required.
