LOCATION: 760 Westchester Ave, Rye Brook, NY

HOURS: 7:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

In this role, you will:

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Inventory and operations team. This may include but not limited to; the processing of all vendor receipts, maintaining adequate inventory levels of core items in Stock Room and reconciling inventory discrepancies.

• Train purchasing team members on proper shipping and receiving policies and procedures.

• Pick lab orders as placed in a timely manner.

• Receiving and reconciling of incoming inventory against our Purchase Orders

• Responsible for replenishment of laboratory supplies from existing inventory on a daily basis.

• Complete an accurate physical inventory count at each month-end.

• Provide management with recommendations on inventory levels and item obsolescence.

• Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

All you need is:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of related experience

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Basic computer and Microsoft comprehension

• Ability to work independently

• Superior attention to detail

Salary starting $20.00 - 25.00 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
