Duke University Health System seeks to hire a Nurse Manager, Operations for Duke Infusion Clinic who will embrace our mission of Transforming Lives Transforming Care.
Occ Summary Manage and coordinate patient care and personnel need in a DUHS Clinic; plan, develop, implement and evaluate ambulatory healthcare services, programs and activities.
2A Infusion Center - Provides care to outpatients to include a variety of non-oncology medication and infusion therapies including iron infusions, biologics, blood products, and a wide variety of other outpatient therapies ranging from 30 minutes to 6 hours. The clinic is operational all week and has rotational shifts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
Three years of experience in inpatient nursing is required.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BCLS certification required. Nurses hired into leadership positions must obtain a nursing leadership certification within one year of hire. New nurse leaders who are ineligible to sit for an exam because they have not been working in a leadership role for the minimum amount of time required must complete their certification within three months of becoming eligible.
