Responsibilities: - Provide clinical leadership in education, research, management of physicians and practitioners, scheduling, and collaboration with community affiliates.
- Schedule: 2 days of clinic and 2 days of OR/week, with 0.2 FTE of administrative duties.
- Gait Lab responsibilities, including Medical Director of the Gait Lab.
- Educate medical students, residents, and fellows through lectures, workshops, and training sessions.
- Engage in research activities, contribute to advancements in pediatric orthopedics, and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Participate in regional outreach programs, community initiatives, and represent the facility at professional conferences and events.
- Attend monthly Board of Governor meetings and maintain with Shriners Fraternity
