The individual selected for this opportunity will be working with clients on projects of varying size and scope, with the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to advancing breakthrough ideas through design. The types of work include any solutions our clients may need, such as interior fit outs, renovations, equipment/ infrastructure replacements, and ground-up projects. Project types include, but are not limited to, master planning, interiors, ambulatory healthcare centers, diagnostics & specialty care, all levels of acute care medical hospitals, and behavioral health. This position will require a team member that listens to clients and team members while leading projects confidently; one that has a growth mindset, positive attitude, and looks forward to expanding influence within the team and industry. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Healthcare design and documentation; - Architectural license required; - Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency; - Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, codes, and building material characteristics; - Thorough understanding of industry standards and building codes, including MEP design and medical equipment requirements; - Ability to collaborate with multiple team members, consultant groups and stakeholders; - Ability to understand the client and various stakeholders’ vision and key factors for project success; - Ability to travel as projects require; and - High level of leadership skills, as well as clear and effective communication skills. |
