Your Role. The Bear Creek School is currently seeking to add a member to our team! The Executive Assistant furthers the mission of The Bear Creek School by serving as the first voice of the head of school and Vice President for Academic Affairs offices for internal and external stakeholders in all avenues (in person, phone, email, etc.), including those of a highly confidential nature, and effectively communicates and briefs leadership members on urgent matters. The Executive Assistant is responsible for creating and maintaining an organized workflow in the offices of the President and Headmaster, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the Board of Trustees.
