Systems Analyst III - ENT - Lawson

Job Description Compensation: Duties To perform highly complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation across multiple platforms and/or cross-function in business areas. To perform process improvement and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations. To function as a team leader and provide procedural and technical guidance to less experienced systems analysts. To function as a specialist in a particular aspect of systems analysis or as in integrator of analysis and design across technology platforms, business areas, or locations. To instruct and review the work of others. This position will commit to fostering an environment of heightened security following Information Technology Security Policies and participating in security training, such as Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), on an annual basis. Minimum Requirements Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and eight (8) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Key Skills Deep Knowledge of Infor Modules: Expertise in Landmark IPA development workflows, Lawson v10, and Mobile Supply Chain Management. System Optimization: Ability to configure and optimize batch scheduling and processing, data conversions and secure data exchanges. Data Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SQL query, custom programing, and Clarity/SQL-based reporting tools. Implementation and Upgrades: Proven experience managing complex environments, system integrations, upgrades, and optimizing projects within an enterprise. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with department leads and operational stakeholders to ensure ERP alignment with organizational goals. Change Management: Skilled in driving user adoption and managing change during system updates or workflow transitions. * Exposure: Unix/Linux environment, Kronos, Infor CloudSuite, Expense Management, GoAnywhere.
