REACH & Summer Program Director The REACH Director oversees all aspects of programming and logistics that happen beyond dismissal each day and on selected days when school is closed. This includes, but is not limited to, homework time, general supervision of students, Enrichment Classes, interacting and communication with parents, administrative tasks associated with enrollment for classes, billing, and handling all situations that come up on a daily basis. The Director is responsible and accountable for the REACH Staff, both internal as well as outside contractors who run enrichment programs on campus. This position is full time throughout the school year, including summer. The Director will act as the primary school representative beyond 4PM each day and will either run, or staff an employee to manage the front desk to initiate interactions with parents or visitors. Hours are approximately 10:00 – 6:00 PM and full days during school vacation days when REACH is in session. This position reports to the Education Program Director.
