Ticket Account Executive
Tarleton State University
As a D1 Ticket Account Executive, this position will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through the sale of season tickets, group packages, and premium seating for our Division 1 athletic events. This position will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with individual ticket holders, corporate clients, and group sales prospects. This position requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for collegiate athletics. This is an in-office position located in Stephenville, Texas. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm or as work requirements may indicate. This position may require the ability to work outside of normal working hours including weekends and holidays. Must have the ability to work remotely at the request of the university in times of inclement weather or other special circumstances. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Bachelorâ™s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in collegiate athletics, particularly at the Division 1 level. Knowledge of ticketing operations, pricing strategies, and sales techniques. Familiarity with fundraising and donor relations in a collegiate setting. Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the college athletics landscape. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Salary Commensurate with experience Salary Range The target base annual salary range is $40,000 to $45,971 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
