Based in Stanford, California, Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking an Events Manager to lead and manage high-quality events for the Stanford Medicine enterprise. This role will serve as an event leader on complex, large-scale events, including venue selection, speaker management, registration and attendee tracking, vendor and budget management, on-site event management and collaboration with Stanford Medicine leaders on content creation. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 7-10 years of event experience. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED): Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: Must possess and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C Driver's License. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

The expected pay range for this position is $99,000 to $122,821 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
