Position Type: Staff Department: Financial Affairs FLSA: Non-Exempt Union/Non Union: Non Union Full Time or Part Time: Full Time Job Description Summary: Responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Direct Loan Student Loan Program. This includes disbursing loan proceeds, conducting monthly and year-end reconciliations of loan disbursements, and reporting necessary cash drawdowns. Reviews Title IV funds, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as institutional policies, to accurately award student financial aid. Additionally, handles bank reconciliations to the general ledger. Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Job Requirements: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such as, but not limited to a, personal computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine. While performing Inventory Control activities there is significant walking climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.
