Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Nurse Midwife to join its OBGYN practice at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital in Tampa, Florida. 

• Join a highly experienced team of 9 physicians, with a double physician team in-house 24 hours a day 
• Candidates should have a minimum of 3-years experience in womenâ™s health and be enthusiastic life-long learners 
• Responsibilities will include working closely with team in covering OB triage, emergency room, obstetric and gynecologic consults, patient rounds, and fetal monitoring 
• Surgical assist experience and qualifications are a plus,  but not required 
• Deliveries performed by physician team 
• 12-hour shift model from 7aâ“7p or 7pâ“7a, shared equally or by preference between WHNP/CNM team 
• 11 - 14 shifts per month
• Over 6000 deliveries annually at the hospital, 20% delivered by the hospitalist team 
• Supported by an amazing Level-IV NICU team with our affiliated practice of board-certified neonatologists available 24 hours a day 
• Additional support by a comprehensive and experienced anesthesia team available 24 hours a day

• Current APRN national specialty certification as a WHNP
