As the Mentoring Program & Alumni Engagement Coordinator, you will build and lead a dynamic mentoring program that bridges the gap between current students and alumni. In this role, you will develop opportunities for students to connect with experienced WSU alumni and peers, providing guidance and support as they prepare for their professional journeys. You will oversee the mentoring platform, curate valuable training content, and ensure that both mentors and mentees have the tools they need for a successful experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in strengthening alumni engagement, promoting networking events, and collaborating with university partners to enhance the overall WSU Global Campus community. This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $3,750 - $4,987.50 monthly | Commensurate with experience and qualifications. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. This is a remote/telework position with the successful candidate needing to meet WSU's technical system requirements for working remotely. Telework positions will require signing a telework agreement. Minimum technical requirements include an internet bandwidth of 4.0 Mbps for upload and download.
