Sales ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the aftermarket automotive industry and a proven track record in sales leadership. This role is a senior leadership position and requires prior sales management or supervisory experience, along with the ability to drive revenue growth, manage key B2B accounts, and oversee sales operations. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strategic sales expertise, and the leadership skills to develop and manage a high-performing sales team. Candidates without automotive industry experience or previous sales management responsibilities will not be considered.
Job Duty Overview: This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and enterprise clients. The Sales Manager will also lead a small sales team, optimize sales processes, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations. While supporting marketing initiatives, the primary focus will be on sales execution, account management, and revenue expansion. This position requires traveling to trade shows and industry events.
