Position Summary The Executive Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Communications and provides essential office support and reception services for the Vice Chancellor. The incumbent supports the Executive Assistant as a liaison for the office with the UC community and the public, has campuswide scope and impact, coordinates communications and pertinent data for the VC's administration. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of the office, while supporting the needs of the Vice Chancellor and the broader team. Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
