This is a great opportunity for supervising 13-15 employees while ensuring the practice runs efficiently and smoothly through building the company culture and implementing best practices for excellent patient, employee and provider experiences.
Clinical background - MA/LPN or related highly preferred. Previous leadership and women's health background a plus.
Schedule Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some early or late meetings. Administrative/Supervisor on-call

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
