Posted Job Title Data Integrity Analyst Job Profile Title Records Data Integrity Analyst Job Description Summary This position reports directly to the Senior Data Integrity Analyst and works to help identify patterns of inadequate/inconsistent/incomplete/incorrect data (including, but not limited to name presentation, contact data, academics, and employment information) for constituents, find solutions for acquiring good data using a variety of data resources, and ensure that constituent records are updated with this data. Work with DAR and ISC staff to assist with building and maintaining integrations with other Penn systems (Pennant, MyPenn Community, iModules etc.) The focus is on, but not limited to, VIP constituents and requires professional interaction with various development officers and staff members across campus. Qualifications: High School Diploma and 5-7 years' experience in data analysis, preferably in development and alumni relations or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of second language preferred. Development experience preferred. Excellent data entry and analysis skills required. Knowledge of Excel and Word required. Knowledge of Business Objects and Access software preferred. Knowledge of SQL and/or R programming languages strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce reports preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse group of alumni, development officers and other co-workers, and other professionals. Must be able to manage multiple daily tasks while working quickly, accurately, and independently. Must have high comfort level with web research and tools. Ability to work in a collegial and collaborative environment. Ability to staff events as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Development and Alumni Relations Pay Range $20.45 - $29.67 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and the pay range assigned to the job profile.
