Associate Vice President - Behavioral Health

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health leader to join our outpatient team. Geisinger has made a significant investment in growth in the continuum of Behavioral Health services. With 155,000 annual outpatient visits delivered through telehealth and in person modalities, our team is seeking a leader who can help us transform our services to expand the community impact, while maintaining quality of care.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of outpatient behavioral health services in 33 primary care and behavioral health locations across the Geisinger service area. The AVP Behavioral Health ensures the business units' goals and objectives are aligned with the organization's broader mission, vision, and strategies. You will foster and support the creation of new outpatient models of care to augment and evolve existing health programs and products. You will manage all fiscal and administrative aspects of outpatient behavioral health services.Job Duties
