Job SummaryFacilitates multidisciplinary improvement teams, gathers data, performs research, completes analytics and compiles best practice information while providing project / program management for clinical and operational leader achievement of transformational strategic and tactical project results.– Focused on multi-project initiatives at the platform and multi-platform level and involving major segments of the organization, to achieve improved patient experience, safety, staff satisfaction, quality, timeliness and efficiency improvements while achieving a favorable return on investment.Job Duties
Position DetailsThe successful candidate will possess strong process improvement skills and an understanding of performance metrics, as well. as the ability to drive change. Primary work location can be flexible, but this role requires up to 50% local travel in the Geisinger service area for business meetings.
