Practice Administrator ENT, Rheumatology and Breast Care Groups

BJC Medical Group Practice Administrator for our Rheumatology, and surgical ENT and breast care groups. All practices are located on the Missouri Baptist Medical campus where you will be supporting well-established practices with a total of 9 providers, 4 audiologists, and 2 APPS as well as 2 Practice Managers. 

Ideal experience

Operations, managing people and providers, managing practice budgets.
HRIS background/lean six sigma knowledge.
Experience with ENT or surgical groups a plus. 

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ballas ENT consultants is located on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center located in Town & Country, Missouri. The medical practice specialized in Otolaryngology and Audiology.

Role Purpose

The Practice Administrator leads the business and clinical operations at one or more ambulatory clinics. This role provides comprehensive on-site leadership for clinical and non-clinical operations. Responsibilities include direct supervision of approximately 15-25 providers, management of clinical and non-clinical leaders and staff, managing patient experience, managing financial and administrative activities and developing plans to support operational and team success. Practice Administrators collaborate with hospital departments to ensure operational goals of the practice and partner hospitals are met.
