Summary Reporting to the Head of School and serving as a member of the leadership team, the Director of Diversity and Multicultural Education is responsible for developing a comprehensive program for diversity and multicultural education and professional development. The Director is a member of and primary advisor on matters of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice to the leadership team, including the Head of School. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Diversity Studies, Social Science, Human Resources or other relevant field and three to five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience, education, or qualifications in pre-K to 12 education and or with gifted learners are considered an asset. The school will also consider alternative combinations of education and experience commensurate with the above. |
