Patient Care Manager PACU Center for Advanced Medicine

• Lead a team of 34 direct reports
• 40 total pre/post bays
• 40-60 cases per day
• Eyes, ORS, breast, flaps, gender reaffirming, some vascular surgeries
• 4-10 hour shifts, M-F 
• BSN preferred
• Supervisor/manager experience needed

Role Purpose

Responsible for the operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit(s) on a 24 hour basis. Oversees a span of control and financial responsibility of > 72 FTE's supervised + > $2.5 million in total expenses OR > 40 FTE's supervised + > $5 million in total expenses.
