Job SummaryThe Radiology Team Leader serves as the modality technical expert for assigned modality and/or imaging location. The Team Leader is a “working supervisor” and is expected to perform clinically, coordinate the work of the team, and supervise the delivery of patient care. While the Team Leader's primary responsibility is coordination of patient care, the supervisory responsibilities include oversight of patient safety, process improvement, quality, consistency and standardization of imaging protocols, staff competencies & training, policy adherence, equipment, and supply management. Works closely with modality manager and/or operations manager to provide administrative leadership assistance.Job Duties
